A case of O-With Tea Study - Consultant representative Jason Chaffetz The Legacy of sympathy, photos, and Freedom to Fight legislation

With the recent expulsion of Bob Bennett, it appears that many Republicans are struggling holder and raise the spin-machine in an attempt to jump on board the recent "Freedom Party / Tea "freight train. I like to call these people Tea - Contra o; Neo-conservative blue-American libertarian rhetoric to reach real influence elected then once in power really legislate against freedom and libertarian values. It's the old "bait and switch" scam and are essentially neo-conservative wolf in sheep's clothing.

On July 12, 2003, Rep. Ron Paul, delivered a speech to Congress that describes the neo-conservatives ("neo-cons" for short), such as former leftists (he calls former Trotsky-ITES) and beliefs:

1) Permanent violent revolution, and intellectual
2) Re-draw the Middle East by force
3) preemptive war to achieve desired ends
4) The end justifies the means
5) No opposition to the welfare state
6) strongly support the American Empire
7) Lying is necessary for the state to survive
8) Create a federal government power is a benefit
9) relevant Acts of how a society should run must be decided by the elite and give to those without the "courage" to confront
10) The neutrality in foreign affairs is ill advised. The force should not be limited to the defense of our country
11) do not like and despise libertarians
12) Attacks on civil liberties are necessary
13) Unconditional support Israel

Essentially, the neoconservatives are pro-war, anti-freedom, responsibility to combat, deceptive, and pro-Zionist. Te-O-Cons are simply neo-conservative wolf in sheep tea party clothes. Since I am running for the same position held by the former Democrat, Republican Jason Chaffetz now thought to apply a-O-With the analysis of tea to his legislative legacy. Now, those who have seen the principal representative Jason Chaffetz (UT-3) The Colbert Nation was defeated in wrestling leg (which is even more fun since I was a BYU kicker) or make the photo-ops with a goat to know that Mr. Chaffetz is very nice. I am not in any way question the pleasure Mr. Chaffetz. And to be completely fair, Rep. Jason Chaffetz has never claimed to be libertarian or becoming a staunch defender of the Constitution or Bill of Rights, as far as I know.

Besides being enjoyable, is very Chaffetz media, having a background in marketing. Interestingly, Chaffetz issued a warning on his Twitter account that communicates on many levels:

"If one person (s) tries to co-opt, the Tea Party will lose its identity and effectiveness. "

If this is a warning of the strategy of his fellow neoconservatives "to be blatantly on the motion or if his attempt to establish credibility with trust, people base tea party (or both) is not important. The important thing is that Chaffetz is well aware of the need to appear as if pro-Tea Party to distract from his clear record of neo-conservative vote.

I guess that's why ultimately decided to run for represent third congressional district of Utah. I think our country was founded on strong libertarian values that were ultimately codified in our Constitution and our Bill of Rights and we have to look beyond all photo-ops and publicity stunts to see if a representative of the Utah Congressional District third on several occasions voted against the freedoms enshrined in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights or not. Unfortunately, it seems, that despite the rhetoric Mr. Chaffetz and affability, his legislative record has been decidedly anti-freedom, pro-war, and even against accountability.

"[R] especting law of people is bad, provided they do not interfere with the rights of others, is one of the pillars of a free society. "
- Rep. Ron Paul, remission of Judge Andrew P. s Napolitano "government lies Told You '

Holder REP. JASON'S CHAFFETZ ANTI-FREEDOM LEGACY

-Rep. Chaffetz voted for "HR 4061: Cyber Security Act of 2009." Even more egregious than the adoption to spend 503 million U.S. dollars of taxpayer dollars is the fact that the vote of broader Chaffetz gave the president power to "declare an emergency security order cybernetics and the restriction or closure of Internet traffic to and from the Federal Government or committed U.S. critical infrastructure system networks and information "(section 18). This has the potential to destroy the livelihoods of countless difficulties small business owners who depend on Internet to put food on the table for their families, is not mentioned very well stop the free flow of information and ideas at the whim of the President.

"Freedom of contract is a cornerstone of liberalism and laissez faire economics. Freedom of contract says that people are free to enter into any agreement with each other without any type of government restrictions, and as such the state should get involved only if one party breaks the contract. Perhaps the most important agreement in all human affairs is the contract marriage, the contract between two people who dedicate their lives to each other. Government simply has no authority to define, license or restrict this contract. A However, incumbent Rep. Jason Chaffetz sponsored HJ Res 37, a constitutional amendment to mandate same-sex couples be denied the right to marry throughout the United States.

Even if the state had the authority to make such agreements remains a repeal of the 10th Amendment and would affect Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, Vermont and New Hampshire have passed since same-sex marriage. HJ Res 37 also would prevent same-sex couples the same legal status to achieve married couples by an arrangement with a name other than marriage. This only seems cruel that same-sex couples do not want to use the word marriage can not yet treated equally before the law.

- FACT: Rep. Jason Chaffetz has just voted to increase sanctions for arms manufacturers. I repeat what I fully sinks In: Title The representative Jason Chaffetz has just voted to increase penalties further tax relief to manufacturers of firearms. Utahn gun rights and Liberty lawyers need to wake up and fast. Chaffetz voted to pass HR 5552: Tax on Firearms Enhancement Act of 2010 (along with the head and Representatives Matheson Bishop).

Frankly, I can not think of anything more anti-American and an upset stomach that. This bill makes a number of things that are a direct affront to freedom, first of all that adds complexity to an already dominant tax code to change the due date and payment areas, which only serve to increase revenue tax penalty (here's the code http://vlex.com/vid/sec-mode-time-collection-19210230. If this is not complicated, so I do not know what it is). Secondly, a vote for this bill supports and refines the notion that somehow are responsible firearms manufacturers to find out how criminals use firearms. Mr. Chaffetz, how gun manufacturers responsible for "criminal restitution?" Third, in addition to more complex, it actually increases penalty imposed on employers (makers of weapons) that is pretty bad in this economy, but certainly lead to higher prices for consumers who simply want to defend themselves and their families in exercising their Second Amendment rights. Fourth, this bill supports the financing of government intervention in the economy, employment, also known as "incentives." Where in the Constitution are work incentives mentioned?

A vote for this bill is a vote to increase tax revenue and tax code complexity and works against employers (makers of weapons) and for all consumers while that funding for government intervention in the economy.

"While I applaud Mr. Chaffetz's vote not to renew the Patriot Act (which unfortunately renewed anyway), I am very upset by the attempt of Mr. Chaffetz to weaken the requirement within the USA PATRIOT Act Amendments of 2009 (HR 3845) which states that the government must have a written statement (letter of national security) of specific facts showing that the requested records relate to alleged real spies or terrorists, to better protect Fourth Amendment privacy of U.S. persons that have no ties to foreign intelligence. The amendment presented by Mr. Chaffetz not voting oral, but unfortunately a "manager's amendment" created to address the concerns raised by the Obama Administration Chaffetz spent giving both Obama and the administration of what he loved, weakened the reform of the USA PATRIOT Act.

- Why is the representative Jason Chaffetz, a representative of District 3 in Utah, trying to nullify the action of the DC Council the city to allow the use of medical marijuana in the capital with HJ Res. 93? Is the representative of DC or Utah? In a broader sense, Chaffetz not seem to understand that the U.S. Constitution to outlaw a substance that alters the mind, need a constitutional amendment. It has been done before, and if not ban, the amendment was repealed. Beyond being against liberty, war drugs is unconstitutional and an incredible waste. But Mr. Chaffetz clearly not interested in any of liberty, fiscal responsibility, or the Constitution here.

Holder REP. CHAFFETZ JASON'S PRO-WAR LEGACY - Utah City Weekly even gave Mr. Chaffetz's "Best hypocritical war "award. Since 2010 its" Best of "edition (note, I do not remember his abrasive ad hominems):

"We expected the representative Jason Chaffetz, media whore though it may be, could in a contrary fashion, with republican principles. It now appears all so slimy and untrustworthy as the rest of Congress. In November, he said, 'Mr. President, it is time to bring our troops home "in Afghanistan, a war that has cost 3.6 billion U.S. dollars per month and killed more than 1,000 U.S. soldiers. Just three months later, he voted against a resolution that directly the president to do exactly that. His pro-war vote came less than a week after attending the funeral of Charles A. Aragon, 19, or Orem, and just before attending K. Nigel's funeral Olsen, 21, of Salem, both of whom died in Afghanistan. "

The resolution that Mr. Chaffetz opted to vote against was H.Con.Res.248. It appears that he did something worse than that, however, he said one thing and then voted the exact opposite. Your vote only promoted the war and of waste spending.

Jason Chaffetz voted for co-sponsoring 'HR 2194: Expanding the economic war with Iran. "I believe that Rep. Ron Paul said it best when he described this bill therefore "We have to see this for what it is: Propaganda for us the speed to war against Iran the benefit of special interests. "

"Darkness can not drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate can not drive the hate, only love can do that. Hate multiplies hate, violence multiplies violence, and toughness multiplies toughness in a descending spiral of destruction ... The chain reaction of evil and hate breeds hate, wars producing more wars must be broken, or plunged into the dark abyss of annihilation. "
- Martin Luther King, Jr., strength of love, 1963.

Holder REP. JASON CHAFFETZ ANTI-IMMIGRATION'S LEGACY

"Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door! "- Lazarus, Emma, the Statue of Liberty

Each and every one of the founding fathers were immigrants. The problem of illegal immigrants is very real that requires solutions that respect the dignity of those who have been here only seeking a better life, not "tent cities."

Representative Chaffetz-sponsored "The birthright citizenship law HR 1868, the eliminating the guarantee that makes you a naturalized U.S. citizen by virtue of simply being born in the U.S.. HR 1868 is in the tradition of the old cogens German Heimatland sanguinis model "of citizenship based on" adequate "bloodline, race or language. I like the long American tradition which guarantees every individual born here can be born free.
